Come spend a day with TCL and just 1-3 other people to hone your facilitation skills! TCL Pastoral Facilitator Carrie Graham will spend the day working with you on your facilitation goals, contextualizing the ways you want to level up with what TCL has learned about impactful facilitation over the last decade. You can be a pastor, a professor or any other person who facilitates groups of any kind, whether as a professional or a volunteer. Facilitation of group dynamics comes in innumerable shapes and sizes!

At this training, you'll connect with others' experiences and their lessons learned throughout the day. We'll engage in a variety of conversations and activities that level up your facilitation, whether you're brand new or well experienced. This is a fun, informal, highly contextualized approach.
