Facilitators’ Training
This is a full-day training designed for a small group of folks with a variety of facilitation experience. We contextualize the conversation-centered training to the specific needs of a given group. TCL provides a highly interactive environment to consider critical ways to set up a group dynamic and/or dialogue for success, deal with commonly feared obstacles and challenges and engage meaningful strategies. We apply these concepts to case studies and participants’ specific contexts and endeavors. See below for testimonials about this training!
Facilitators’ Post-Training Coaching
Those who have completed TCL Facilitators’ Training are eligible to follow up by facilitating a TCL dialogue with the coaching and evaluative assistance of a TCL facilitator.
Dialogue
BridgeBuilders Lab is a division of The Church Lab (TCL), an organization centered on interfaith dialogues. For over a decade, TCL has held these bi-weekly dialogues on designated topics in the neutral, sacred space of a living room. With all we’ve learned about peacebuiilding and bridging divides from dialogue, we are equipped to apply these tools for the non-religious needs of reconciliation and relational healing in our world. Stay tuned for opportunities to participate in dialogues that are non-religious in nature. In the meantime, please see our calendar to join in on upcoming interfaith dialouges (available online or in Austin, TX)!
