The Church Lab dialogues have been home to Protestants, Catholics, Latter-day Saints, Muslims, Jews, Pagans, agnostics, atheists, Buddhists, Native Americans, conservatives, liberals, seekers and more. Whoever you are, you are welcome here.

Dialogues are the main vehicle for our mission of spiritual growth. Yet, the tools gained from a decade of dialogues have given TCL the ability to serve the community’s needs for bridge-building. The tools of dialogue are helpful and vital for all, whether or not a participant is interested in spiritual growth.

What to expect?!:

Small groups gather bi-weekly IRL (in a living room) and via Zoom to dialogue over a designated topic.

• ALL ARE CHALLENGED.  ALL ARE UPLIFTED.
  Your convictions are supported, mutually exclusive beliefs are taken seriously and common ground is celebrated. No one is convincing, persuading or winning. At TCL, we seek to understand before being understood.

• AGENDA-FREE FACILITATING
  The dialogue facilitator exists as your advocate and support as you experience questions and growth. There are no conditions and there is no agenda. Your human dignity and experience are respected.

• EXERCISE LOVE TOWARDS NEIGHBORS WE MAY NOT OTHERWISE MEET
  We learn from one another directly and speak from our hearts. This tends to dispel fears and anxieties about people of varying convictions you might not have known previously.
